in reality, he’s either a man with zero self-confidence who’s mistaken for being noble because he doesn’t chase women, a gay man, or a man who deliberately uses not chasing women as a tactic to appear noble to them. and if we’re talking about the tactical type... yes, the tactic works. at the very least, it creates a question mark in women’s minds: “does he like me?” and compared to clingy men, he’s always more attractive.
